Reviews: Swatch + OPI

 

 Hey guys! How is everyone doing? My life is getting a little bit more busy with the blog and a couple of new career opportunities that I'll tell you guys about when things are all set in stone. 

But for now, let me share my reviews on a couple of products that I've recently bought:

First let me tell you about the OPI Chic Prints

They're basically like the Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips Collection, which you can buy at Target for about $9.99. I've never tried the Sally Hansen ones (although I will soon!), but these were fairly easy to use. It's a little tricky to file them, so what I did was I trimmed them as close to my nail as I could with tiny scissors, and then I filed whatever was left. You have to be careful with filing because some of my nails have the top part of the strip sort of peeling off (these are supposed to last about 10 days, it's only been 2). These are cute if they have the specific print you're looking for, but I think the Sally Hansen ones will be just fine (and cheaper)

 I want to try the lace, the houndstooth, the rainbow glitter, and that colorful print beside the lace! Which one do you wanna try?

Also, my nails aren't really long, so I was able to cut the strips in half and use one strip for two fingers. 

I think they're super cute, but it seems like Sally Hansen has better prints (these polka dot ones were an exception)

Next are my two new watches! I love watches! They're like an old friend I haven't seen for awhile, mainly because I've loved them since forever, but about 5 years ago, I sort of lost interest in them for some reason, and a couple of years ago, my dad gave me one of his first watches, and I've been in love again ever since!

I've been pining for these watches for a long time; the old-school classic, basic black Swatch, and the new Lady Collection slim watch in "Wide View" (basically a cream color)

Both the watches come in various different colors, and both cost $50. 

The colors are all so yummy! I want another one!

The Lady Collection is great for anyone who wants a classic, feminine watch with a modern twist. The strap is really soft (compared to the original one). My only complaint is that with the lighter colors (like the one I got), it's a little difficult to tell the time at night

Swatch also launched a set of bracelets that go with these watches. They didn't seem to have it in the store I went to, but I do want one!

It comes in other yummy colors too! And of course I'm pining for the yellow one :)

 And this is just the (upside down) classic one, I don't think this needs any explanations :) I actually want the grey or the turquoise version of this! Now, if only THIS also came in yellow!
