This is the first time a Filipina has gotten the Supermodel of the World title -- last year, Charlene Almarvez won first runner up, and Charo Ronquillo placed 3rd in 2006

First runner up was Lithuania who received a $150,000 modeling contract, and 2nd runner up was Poland who received a 100,000 contract
